By using cranfieldservices.com or engaging Cranfield Services for HVAC work, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
Services
Cranfield Services provides HVAC repair, maintenance, installation, and related services in Chattanooga, TN and surrounding service areas. All work is subject to a written estimate provided before work begins; the final invoice will match the estimate unless changes are agreed in writing or by recorded phone authorization.
Pricing & payment
Pricing is provided in writing before work begins. Payment is due on completion of service unless other terms are agreed in advance. We reserve the right to charge fees for returned payments as permitted by Tennessee law.
Warranties
Workmanship warranties and any equipment manufacturer warranties are disclosed at the time of quote. No warranties are implied beyond what is stated in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cranfield Services' total liability for any claim arising out of services or use of this website is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
Dispute resolution
Any dispute between you and Cranfield Services will first be addressed through good-faith direct discussion. Unresolved disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts of Hamilton County, Tennessee.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
